Fix master plasterboard screws are galvanized screws for installation of building boards. Galvanizing protects the screw against corrosion during plastering or painting. Fix master plasterboard screws feature sharp-pointed and self-drilling designs. Typically, sharp point plasterboard screws are used when installing to a wooden base. Also for metal base with a maximum thickness of 0.5 mm, use sharp-pointed plasterboard screws. Drill tips are typically used in thicker than 0.5 metal base.
